Terms of Use
Effective November 2, 2026
By using garciamobilegarage.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover this website and booking requests; the specific terms of any repair or installation are set out in the written estimate we give you before work begins.
Booking requests
- Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only after we confirm a date, time, and scope with you.
- Information on this site is general. Pricing, availability, and scope are confirmed individually, and we may decline or reschedule a request, for example because of the vehicle, location, parts availability, or weather.
- You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are the owner of the vehicle or authorized to request work on it.
Estimates and authorization
We provide an estimate before work starts and do not begin additional work without your approval. Diagnostic fees, parts, and labor that you approve are due as described in the estimate or invoice.
Your responsibilities at the appointment
Please make sure the vehicle is accessible, the work location is safe and legal for us to work in, and that you have the right to authorize work there. We may pause or decline work if conditions are unsafe.
Acceptable use of the site
Do not misuse the site: no automated or abusive submissions, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, and no submitting information about other people without their permission. We may block activity that looks like spam or abuse.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, photos, and video on this site belong to Garcia Mobile Garage or are used with permission. You may view the site for personal use, but you may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written consent.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The website is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Garcia Mobile Garage is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law that cannot be waived, including any rights you have under the California Automotive Repair Act for the work performed on your vehicle.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes will be handled in the courts located in Orange County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Questions? Call (657) 532-5767. See also our Privacy Policy.
