This policy explains what Garcia Mobile Garage (“we,” “us”) collects when you use garciamobilegarage.com and submit a booking request, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a small, one-technician mobile auto service in Santa Ana and Orange County, California.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the booking form we receive your name, phone number, email address, vehicle year, make, and model, the service you want, the address or area where the work would happen, your preferred date, and anything you add in the details box. If you call us, we may note the details of the call.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider and our security checks process your IP address and basic request data (browser type, time of request) to deliver the site, prevent spam, and limit abuse. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Browser storage. The site saves your light or dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage. It is used only to remember that preference and is never sent to us.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, confirm an appointment, and provide an estimate.
• To perform the service you ask for and keep records of the work.
• To send you a confirmation email for the request you submitted.
• To protect the site and our business from spam, fraud, and abuse.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not send marketing messages unless you separately ask us to.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We rely on a few service providers who handle data only to run the site for us:

• Vercel hosts the website and processes request data such as IP addresses.
• Resend delivers the booking notification to us and the confirmation email to you.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are delivered to our email inbox; this site does not store them in a separate database. We keep requests and service records only as long as needed to respond, perform the work, and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete them when no longer needed.

Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Request that we correct inaccurate information.
• Request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither).
• Not be treated differently for exercising any of these rights.

To make a request, call (657) 532-5767 or send a message through the booking form and mention that it is a privacy request. We may ask for details that help us confirm it is you before acting on the request. You can also use an authorized agent to make a request for you.

Because we do not track you across other websites, there is nothing to turn off for “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals; we treat them as an opt-out regardless.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, requests are checked for abuse, and form data is sent only to our email provider. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please do not include sensitive information (such as payment card numbers or government ID numbers) in the details box.

Children

This site is for adults who own or manage vehicles. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Links and changes

If we add links to other sites, their privacy practices are their own. We may update this policy; the effective date at the top shows when it last changed, and material changes will be noted on this page.
